All You Need To Know

frequently asked questions

Yes, we work a little differently from your average run-of-the-mill batting cage. Beimel Elite Athletics is an all-in-one training facility that’s equipped like a professional clubhouse.

Our facilities — located in Los Angeles & El Paso — feature everything you need to throw harder and hit farther, including a tech’d out tunnel, full powerlifting gym, professional recovery tools, a trainers room, an available in-house PT and clubhouse area.

Everyday, athletes socialize in the clubhouse before receiving treatment and hitting the gym floor to warmup for a full day of throwing, swinging and lifting. And the entire day is personalized; directed by performance coaches and professional trainers.

Results are seen over weeks and months. We do not offer ala carte lessons like other facilities.

Yes, we offer a Hybrid In-facility Membership for $350/month that allows you to visit the gym once per week. Coaches & trainers will remotely program in-season armcare routines, mobility exercises, active recovery routines, and strength & power maintenance. It’s important not to lose your hard-earned gains.

The Hybrid Membership is also a great option for someone who lives an hour or more away from the facility, would like to do the bulk of the program at home but would also like to take advantage of our state-of-the-art facility once per week.

Yes, you are assigned a personal coach at Beimel Elite Athletics if you pick the Remote Coaching or In-Facility Training options. You do not receive a personal coach with the DIY Velo Program because, as the name implies, the easy-to-follow program is designed to be done yourself.

Yes, we pour a lot of work into our coaching and training so we require a three-month minimum with the Remote Coaching or In-facility Training options. Of course, there is no commitment with the one-time purchase of the DIY Program, but we’re confident that you’ll continue your training with us at the completion of the DIY Program after you see results.

Yes, we will send out videos, metrics and recommendations to colleges and professional teams if you commit to 12 months of remote online training or in-facility training. And if playing professionally is your goal, then we’ll invite you to exclusive “Pro Days” to throw and swing in front of MLB scouts if you’ve achieved pro-grade metrics. Otherwise, the cost of recruiting and signing services is $3,000.

Yes, every step of the way. Beimel Elite Athletics features a full list of MLB-quality tracking technology — Trackman, Rapsodo, Edgertronic, Vitruve VBT, Pitch AI, Hittrax, Blast Motion, etc — and we record your metrics in progress-tracking workout software.

We use this data to help you achieve your goals. We send data along with recommendations to the schools of your choice and the data can help you break into professional baseball. Our College Recruiting & Pro Signing Services are free with a 12-month commitment to training at Beimel Elite Athletics.

Yes, so long as you are a current member. You’ll be given access to tracking software where you can find your personalized workouts, velocity results, videos and more.

Yes, but this is not a hard-and-fast rule. Access to our Elite Programs are limited to those 14 and older, but certain athletes can be exempted from the age limit depending on physicality. Those aged 11-13 can access our Youth Program which allows youngsters to workout in the facility during a certain two-hour time period later in the evening.

Yes, when it is your scheduled day to throw or hit. We work a little differently at Beimel Elite Athletics and don’t offer a la carte pitching or hitting lessons. Instead, we offer memberships which include everything you need to get to the next level — lifting, arm care, throwing, hitting, mobility & recovery.

Your coach and trainer will schedule a full lifting, throwing and hitting program complete with recovery days. Your coach may even advise a day off from time to time, but, when it’s your programmed time to hit or throw in the cage, then you’ll receive one-on-one attention from a coach just like a personal lesson but with the added benefit of MLB-quality tracking technology. It’s all a part of the program.

Yes, but you’ll lose your momentum towards free college recruiting and pro signing services, and you’ll have to pay for & go back through the Onboarding Process; a $600 charge.

We recommend shifting to the Hybrid Membership for in-season training, and our in-house PT can help with any injuries. In fact, our trainers can program workouts to mitigate any losses due to injury or in-season fatigue.

Any changes to in-facility memberships must be done in-person with the facility’s GM.
