important things

We recommend the DIY Program for those 14 and up.

Yes, for best results. We’ll send you a free set of plyoballs with your purchase, but you’ll NEED some of the special equipment listed above.

We hope you already have access to everything you on the list, but, if you don’t, then we’ve made a convenient online store for you. Visit by CLICKING HERE.

There are free VBT apps that use your phone’s camera as a free alternative to the Vitruve VBT device, and you don’t necessarily need a radar gun. You can simply gain velo throwing max effort during your high intent days. But you’ll NEED a sturdy set of Crossover Symmetry bands, 10-lbs wrist/ankle weights, a shoulder tube, weighted baseballs and a red pull apart band.

We use Vitruve VBT Devices in our facilities. It’s a small metal box featuring an LED screen and a thin metal wire that straps to the barbell. The wire unreels like a fishing line when you move the weight, and the device reads the speed of your lift. Keep the speed up over 0.8 meters-per-second to recruit the maximum amount of muscle fibres to gain speed-strength, otherwise known as power. These speed lifts are featured throughout the program so that you can gain velo effectively.

If you cannot afford the Vitruve VBT Device, or any other VBT device, then you can look on your phone’s app store. There are apps available that use your smartphone’s camera to measure bar speed as a free alternative.

Yes, so long as you have access to a bench, squat rack, dumbbells, trap bar, weighted cables or Keiser, kettlebells, and pullup bar. It’s also helpful to have access to a landmine. Basically, everything you’d find inside your local commercial gym or a well outfitted home gym will get the job done.

Yes. You can use the DIY Program to fuel your velo gains every season so long as account sharing is not detected. If we suspect that you are widely sharing this workout, then we will terminate your access.

The DIY Program is for personal use only. If you’d like a commercial license for the program — to use for a team or baseball organization — then contact beimel.social@gmail.com.
