Joe Beimel rose to MLB status from a small town in rural Pennsylvania and managed to play 13 years in The Show. Training science evolved after he retired at the age of 38, so Joe decided to put the newly found velocity protocols to the test.
He traveled the country working with the game’s elite trainers and eventually synthesized the best elements of each into a program that surged his velocity to over 95mph. It fueled a Triple-A comeback with the San Diego Padres at the age of 44.
That program — the DIY program that you can buy on this site — became a business. Beimel Elite Athletics was founded in 2018 with the mission of providing MLB-quality training at an affordable price. It continues to endure and evolve to this day.
